CCIIR has conducted Intercultural Education Research in Primary Schools of Georgia which aimed to determine the level of intercultural sensitiveness of teachers of primary grade and learn about their preparedness for mainstreaming of multicultural approaches in instruction process at public schools of Georgia.

On June 21, in the Ministry of Education and Science CCIIR awarded teachers with certificates for participation in teachers exchange program.
On May 21, 16 Georgian Think Tanks signed an Ethical and Quality Standards Document.
On 14-15 May, Center for Civil Integration and Inter-ethnic Relations conducted baseline survey of bi-literacy in primary schools of minorities.
On 26-29 April, in Bakuriani public school CCIIR conducted training sessions for teachers who participate in the teacher exchange program. The aim of the training was to provide these teachers with detailed information about the program’s goals, objectives and its related issues.
On 18 April, at “Caucasian House”, The Center for Cultural Relations, Galaktion Tabidze st. 20, Center for Civil Integration and Inter-Ethnic Relations (CCIIR) jointly with the Korean Foundation for the first time in Georgia organized an international conference “Future Prospects of the Georgian-Korean Economic Cooperation”.
CCIIR is launching an exchange program “Teachers Partnership between Kvemo Kartli /Samtskhe-Javakheti and other regions of Georgia” with the financial support of OSCE.
