On October 15th , 2010, in Ilia Chavchavadze National Library Exhibition Hall the presentation of the scientific-educational journal - “Bilingual Education” was held. The journal was published by The Center for Civil Integration and Enter-Ethnic Relations (CCIIR) in the framework of the project - “Supporting Multilingual Educational Reform in Georgia'' funded by the office of OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities. The journal is envisaged to be published quarterly and be translated into Armenian and Azerbaijani languages. The non-Georgian Students of the I. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University were also invited and got an opportunity to look through the issued volumes of the periodic. All guests were granted the journals.
